CONCLUSION
In the first 12 chapters of our study I have carefully analyzed the Events of the Bible and the world events and tried to correlate them with the imminent Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Due to certain busy schedule in the ministry and also some problem in my computer, I was not able to contact you for a long time.
The latest developments in the Middle East, development of the European Union, increasing value of the Euro, tensions in the scattered countries of the Soviet Union, increase in the global warming, international tension etc., clearly tell us that the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is at hand. At one end new false doctrines are emerging with individuals claiming that they are Messiahs. But at the other end thousands of preachers sacrifice their lives for the sake of the cross and the word of God is preached everywhere. Multitudes are giving their lives to Christ. Though the media is taken in the hands of the devil, God’s people use that for the propagation of the gospel.
In many countries the doors for evangelism is closed. Religious tensions are common in many countries. In India the Government indirectly supports Hindu fundamentalists and suppress the other religions. Many rules and Laws are meddled with and are twisted in support of the growth of Hinduism. Missionaries are refused permission to come to India with different reasons. Preachers are murdered, ill treated, nuns raped and properties damaged by mobs in the name of Hinduism.
Recently a new law is enforced by the State Government of Tamilnadu, India, banning religious conversions. According to this if anybody is reported of converting a person from Hinduism to Christianity or other religion by force will be imprisoned for 4 years with heavy fine. The Christians in this State are in danger of imprisonment with false accusation of involving in forcible conversions.
India is not the only country facing this threat. Countries like Pakistan, Malaysia, Bulgaria, Muslim countries and other communist countries have similar laws to prosecute Christians. On one hand the world Christian community has to pray for these obstacles to be taken away by the power of God. At the same time we should be very vigilant to understand that Jesus Christ is coming very soon.
So now brethren, I request you to keep your lives pure and holy to meet our Savior Jesus Christ in the mid-air when He return in glory. Please read 1 Corinthians 15:51-54, 2Corinthians 3:15, 4:16,17, 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18, James 5:8 and 2 Peter 3:3-14.
